Giving back to those who ride.
Our team is proud to support causes close to the motorcycling community. Outside of our offices, we educate lawmakers on causes that impact riders. We fight against unfair legislation that negatively impacts motorcycling, and we work with legislators to enact laws that protect the rights and safety of all riders. Lawyers at the Motorcycle Law Group routinely provide riders, as well as riding clubs and organizations with free legal advice, and in many circumstances offer legal representation at little or no cost. We also regularly donate to charitable causes close to the motorcycling community.
Here’s a limited sampling of some of our work in the states that we serve:
When motorcyclists were originally prohibited from using High Occupancy Vehicle lanes, we fought to open them up. Now motorcycles are treated as high occupancy vehicles and may freely use the HOV lanes.
We successfully fought for increased revenue for, and access to, motorcycle training.
We removed the prohibition against two motorcycles occupying the same lane.

When the city of Myrtle Beach enacted ordinances aiming to end the annual Bike Rallies, we represented motorcyclists for free and halted the enforcement of those ordinances.
We worked closely with ABATE of South Carolina to enact legislation protecting motorcyclists’ rights to use all public transportation facilities, including parking garages.
Our offices in Columbia are available at no charge to motorcycle groups to use for their meetings and training.
